BRIAN BAILEY

Dr. Brian Bailey is an industrial and organizational psychologist, organizational development practitioner, and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in construction, operations, management, and workforce development. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

As the founder of Bailey Organizational Advisors, Dr. Bailey helps organizations address challenges involving leadership, workplace culture, employee engagement, organizational change, team effectiveness, retention, and employee well-being. His doctoral research examined the stigma experienced by employees with chronic migraine in the construction industry, reflecting his broader interest in creating healthier and more effective workplaces.

Dr. Bailey brings a practitioner’s perspective to organizational development. His teaching connects research-based concepts with practical methods that participants can apply to real organizational challenges. He encourages collaborative learning, thoughtful discussion, and the development of solutions that recognize both organizational objectives and the experiences of the people doing the work.
